The Samsung SCH-A990 or the "A990" is a perfect "used cell phone". Why? It has the bang for the buck. It's been out for 2 years now and the features are still top notch. This CDMA phone has a swivel screen and autofocus camera, and a 2.2 inch screen with 65,000 colors.
